What Dearpop stores

Dearpop stores your Telegram user ID, the people you add, their birthdays, your notes, reminder delivery records, and product feedback you voluntarily send. This data is separated by Telegram user and is not visible to other Dearpop users.

Google Calendar

If you choose Google Calendar import, Dearpop requests read-only access to your calendars and events solely to let you select a calendar and import birthday dates into Dearpop. It never creates, changes, or deletes Google Calendar events.

The Google access token is encrypted while you choose a calendar, expires within 15 minutes, and is deleted before import confirmation. Dearpop does not retain a Google connection, refresh token, or ongoing access after the one-time import.

OpenAI

When you ask Dearpop to understand a free-text message or suggest a gift, the relevant message, person name, and saved notes may be sent to OpenAI to provide that feature. Dearpop does not send your Telegram credentials or other users’ data.

Deletion and contact

You can delete a person in the bot with /delete_person, or delete all of your Dearpop data with /delete_my_data. For privacy questions, contact the developer through the Dearpop Telegram bot.
